How do I update my apps?
If you purchased your apps from Mobihand.com or one of its channels (such as Crackberry.com), go to the My Account page which will show you the My Apps tab. Next to each app is a download link to get the latest version.
If you purchased from App World, simply open up the app, and go to My App World, and then log in. You should see all your apps and be able to download the latest version from there.
I had to reset my phone and lost my apps. How can I get them back?
Please follow the process shown above in the How do I update my apps? section.
When I open the app, a keyboard pops up and won't go away. I also cannot use the touch screen.
This indicates that Compatibility Mode is stuck on for the app. Go to Options > Advanced Options > Applications and select Call Blocker Pro. Press the BlackBerry button and select Disable Compatibility Mode.
I cannot receive text messages or emails, or my browser is disabled on my phone, how can I install? Do you have a desktop version to install?
At this point, Epic Applications only provides OTA links and JAD/COD downloads. There is no way to install these apps from your desktop.
